Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe restaurant was not very busy, the server was nice the place was clean and the eating was quite good. the one thing that bothered me about my visit was that one of my friends wanted her chicken wings to be coated in hot-honey, the one that she was serving my friend, asked if she could take the hot soak and the honey garlic sauce and she would combine in the tossing dish and that he would fortunately have paid for the extra soaking that they asked the server I don't understand something extravagant customer request, but I literally ordered my wings with hot sauce and honey garlic sauce separated on the side and I paid for an extra sosse the only step missing it was in a bowl of this reason I lost a lot of respect for the restaurant and their lack of customer service
I had the 7 oz steak, that was delicious and perfectly cooked. very cheap. the mais was cold and it was a bad stuffing salad. imitation bacon bits!
I was on the move, so placed an online order at 4:30 a.m. with a pick-up time of 5:55 a.m. at my arrival at 5:52 my order was not ready, not a big thing, as I was a few minutes early; but I did not receive my order until 18:20. when I returned after the first waiting period, the staff ignored me while waiting for me. when I received my order, the food was excellent and fresh, so it seems as if they began to make it as soon as I actually arrived to pick up. I am not sure why online ordering is an option if they have not prepared ordering on the basis of the required timing (which was provided by default from online ordering.) my overall assessment is only fair on the basis of food quality and temperature (excellent,) but a negative experience due to excessive waiting time to get my order when they were given almost 1.5 hours of notification for preparation. this was my first online order with chuck’s I’m willing to have another chance in the hope that this was an isolated incident.
I had a completely different experience at this restaurant two years ago. My family of four dined here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was no greeting, so I asked to sit on the terrace. The waitress had to check if it was open due to the wind, but it was no problem. During my conversation with my daughter, the waitress assumed I was unhappy and ready to complain, which I quickly clarified. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and the female manager who served us seemed joyless and uninspired. The food was decent, but the low point was when all the dishes were dropped on my daughter after the meal. We were disappointed that no apology or discount was offered. I was shocked that my daughter still left a tip. It seems they have trouble finding good staff. We spent a lot of money and will not be returning. The restaurant was not busy at all.
We decided to take a gamble by dining at this restaurant, and unfortunately, we regretted it. The server was friendly but seemed disorganized. Our food arrived promptly, however, the appetizer was forgotten until we were almost finished with our meal. When it finally arrived, the food was of poor quality. Even our toddler refused to eat her grilled cheese, despite usually loving it. To make matters worse, the restaurant was infested with mosquitoes. They seemed to be everywhere, including in the bathroom where I couldn't even finish washing my hands due to them flying at my face. Perhaps it was just an off night for them, but I would not recommend this place. If you do decide to give it a try, it's best to keep your expectations low.
