Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWent there once last winter and it was really great. Came tonight (Friday night) at about 7:15 to sit outside. Not too busy. Must be short staffed as there was only one person to cover the patio outside and didn't get to us for about 10/15 minutes. Then when she did catch up to us she told us the kitchen was now closed, drinks only, so we left. Need to pay better to keep more staff it seems.
I ordered food online, it said pick up in 20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes, thinking that would be nice to give them extra time. I walked in to one patron in the entire establishment, and two workers. When I have my name they said it would be another 5-10 minutes. After I got my food 30 minutes after so was supposed to, the female bartender with a darkened teeth not trying to be rude, but I want management to know who it was) said thank you with a obviously sarcastic tone. I didn’t say thank you because I wasn’t grateful for the slow service. She said,” or not”. Are you serious? I didn’t complain, tell, or anything. I just took my food and left. You could have just let it be. Very poor customer service. Also the wings were over done, and not tossed in sauce. I wish I could take my tip back. Don’t waste your money.
Ordered a burger with fries. Wife got a taco salad. It was lettuce with Doritos. The meat in the taco was mush and disgusting. The was barely any meat. thank God. Last time we ever order from here.
The food was terrible I won't eat there again. I order3d their cheeseburger. It was overcooked and dried out and it didn't have the condiments on it that it set on the menu. They had American cheese instead of cheddar and the fries tasted like they were made yesterday and reheated. They were hard.
