Pasta Di Porto - ANNA BAY

Best birthday dinner EVER!! I got to choose a Pasta Di Porto ravioli for my birthday meal but I couldn't choose... so I got two! My two absolute favourites are the Sweet Potato and the Pumpkin. I can't say which I like the best. Both fillings are so smooth, creamy and tasty. I stir through a bit of burnt butter and grate some parmasen on top and there you have a magic meal! I love the passion Pasta Di Porto have for quality, traditional, fresh and locally sourced ingredients. They deserve every award they earn! These guys make amazing coffee as well. I am besotted with Pasta Di Porto's ravioli!! Authentic. Delicious. The best! The take home packs of their home made ravioli are so convenient to have in the freezer all the hard work has been done for us! Perfect!
