Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIf you go here get the egg rolls and the Coopers Chardonnay! Both are so incredibly delicious. This is our favorite girls night or date night restaurant! Always our number one choice. The staff isn?t always the friendliest but they make up for it in the taste and quality!
This was a great dining experience at a unique establishment that felt more like a restaurant than a typical winery. We felt a bit rushed toward the end of our meal due to the waiter's shift ending, but the food was excellent. The crowd didn't pick up until after Happy Hour ended, which was a nice surprise. It was just my friend and I, and we ended up spending around $170. I would recommend making reservations in advance, as the wait for a table in the dining area was over an hour and a half. We were lucky to snag a table in the bar area on a first come, first serve basis. The staff worked hard to serve amid COVID restrictions, and we greatly appreciated their efforts.
Dee provided excellent service at the restaurant, with fantastic recommendations. The lettuce wraps were especially delicious. Although my salmon was a bit too salty, the overall dining experience was great. My husband ordered the surf and turf with pork and scallops. The scallops were perfectly cooked, but the pork was dry and overcooked. They tried to cover up the dryness with a sweet sauce. I'm not a big wine person, but I ended up buying a bottle of their tasty wine and did some tastings downstairs. The staff member with slicked-back hair seemed unenthusiastic and didn't interact much with us. He also didn't clean the glasses between red and white tastings. Despite this, I enjoyed the wine and bought a bottle. Upstairs at the bar, Amanda was a superb bartender who made drinks quickly and accurately. I loved every drink she made me. Dee and Amanda were both outstanding, and I will definitely visit again to see them. I may skip the tastings downstairs next time though. There is a wine for everyone here. We plan to come back after returning from abroad.
Coopers Hawk is a great choice for a night out. They have a diverse menu and the staff is friendly and attentive. As a winery, they offer free tastings with your meal to help you choose the perfect glass or bottle of wine. They also have a wine club membership that is worth considering if you are a local. Overall, Coopers Hawk is a reliable option for a romantic evening in the Town Center area.
A friend referred me to Cooper's Hawk Winery and I decided to make a weekend trip to Annapolis to check it out. It exceeded my expectations! Initially, I had reservations for Saturday early evening and rescheduled for 1pm on Sunday. I'm glad I changed the time because Sunday was laid back and not bustling, as I know that area can be. I started off with a Pear Drop Martini and Drunken Shrimp... Both awesome. Then ordered the Surf Turf with the Parmesan-Crusted Medallions and Scallop Gratin. Everything was prepared to perfections and the flavor of each item was incredible. I finished my brunch with a Dark Chocolate Martini! Cheers to the hostess, my wonderful waitress Amira (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) and the Chef! ???? I then went down to the Winery and njoyed a wine tasting. I purchased 4 bottles. The Meritage and Chardonnay Lux were my favorites. There were so many tempting food and drink choices on the menu, I'll have to visit again and again lol. I highly recommend Cooper's Hawk Winery Annapolis, MD. Bon Appetit ????????
