I love Jimmy Johns and in other towns/cities, I've never had a problem ordering with them. But the Annapolis Main Street location is horrible. I've tried getting delivery from them 3 or 4 times now and each time has been bad, so I'm done (twice I never received my meal and when I tried calling the store to complain, they never answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message). We stopped by Jimmy John?s for a sub recently. The employees were very friendly. The medium sized sub had two pieces of turkey and a single piece of cheese with minimal lettuce. The two sides of the roll touched since there was so little inside. It was very disappointing. We will not be returning.

I was going to 1 start this location for speed ,however I noticed the team of 3 made my sandwich with in 15 min. Normally that's pretty slow but the food 2 catering boxes and 7 sandwichs before mine. Great job to this limited crew.
