Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe ate here several times during our stay in the village. Pizza great, choice of bases as well as a huge variety of toppings. Mixed meat and cheese platter starter and pasta dishes good too, carbonara was not on the menu but when requested they cooked it for us. Very busy at the weekends we found so booking recommended.
We were to families done reservation until 21, when we came did we have to wait until 21.30 in the entrance standing due to totally full restaurant. Anyway after that we did eat different choices and all were ok, service ok, but nothing special. The price a bit high compared with service, food etc. But for first night ok!
Great tasting pizza with something for everyone of our family .... and cold beer moderately priced. Very happy to get a table at lunchtime in busy school holiday week.
Staying in Italy visiting the Italian side of the Cervin mountain. The Biblos is exactly what we like. Good inexpensive food beautifully prepared and generous in quantity. Why can the Italians make the very best salads and pasta? This place makes 65 different pizzas. We started with a mixed salad and some cooked spinach. Then a risotto, delightfully creamy and sufficiently al dente and some delicious lamb chops 5 of them, grilled you could taste the delightfully seasoned risotto even over the rich succulence of the perfectly rendered fat on the chops. And some great roasted potatoes. We ended with a beautiful panna cotta between two. What a simple but thrilling dinner! We will try to return tomorrow to try the octopus salad which looks amazing. The menu is huge, apart from the busy pizzeria, and the place is deservedly well frequented.
The variety of pizza's served at the Biblos is astounding. All made fresh, they are delivered hot and toasty from the oven. Lots of other choices if you did not fancy pizza. Happy to recommend this place
