Best tacos in Apex. They’re quick, cheap, and stupid good no matter what you get!

Good tacos, reasonably priced. Pretty good salsa I preferred the salsa verde.I love me some asada tacos, so I ordered two of them, 1 pastor, and 1 carnitas. They came with sliced cucumbers never seen that before, lime and salsa. They were delicious and I would definitely go back. Maybe even tomorrow. I would have liked to have some chilis with the tacos, may sliced pickled jali's or something like that, but Im not complaining.Nothing more to say.

I am so grateful that a friend recommended this restaurant to me, as it was easily overlooked among the other taco trucks on Williams Street. However, it truly stands out from the rest! We used to travel far for Birria tacos with consume, but not anymore - these are the best in the area! The corn tortillas are so delicious that we often take them apart to make a second batch of tacos at home the next day. The chicken empanadas are truly a work of art, and even the small details like lettuce, avocado, and sour cream are perfect. A dip in the cilantro hot sauce and they are 10/10! I am excited to be more adventurous and try the beef cheek tacos next time. This restaurant is not just a place to enjoy your favorites, but also to try new items. Everything we have tasted here perfectly balances gourmet and homestyle flavors. Look for the black truck with the fancy writing - it moves around a bit, but be sure to try the birria!
