So where do I begin ughhh well here goes! When we first started coming in a few years back the food was delicious but the price quantity wasnt, but I didn’t have to ask them not to over cook to the point of dark brown (burnt) on the crust! On a few or more times I’ve asked to not make my pizza too brown only to arrive and it was still burnt the lack of sauce plus the increase on the price made it the LAST time I’d spend my there! The lady handling the pizza and money does not wash her hands after checking you out which is a BIG turn off! She is NOT friendly at least NOT to me!! Doesn’t offer napkins nor any plates.. she’s really not welcoming WHAT so ever now don’t get me wrong I could never work around an oven all day but I know this so I don’t!! All I am saying is the quality is NOT worth me bragging to my family and friends like I used to! Honestly I even said for a while that they were the best I’ve had in Florida as a New Yorker, but now East Coast pizzeria off 301 Big bend takes the cake!! Note to owner from another business owner- treat ALL people kindly especially when handling their food, money, and time we take to call ahead and drive to pick up our food!! I’m not sure what happened to this place. New people in the kitchen, new ingredients or just zero effort. The food used to be good the last few times I went. The pizza was dry, tough, and over-cooked and over-priced. Total disappointment. I hate to say it, but look elsewhere for pizza. Unfortunately the only other places to get pizza at around here are the chain restaurants. EDIT So since the owner responded, I wanted to make an edit. I am well aware you are not new. I used to enjoy the food. Unfortunately, the quality has declined and I’m not the only one who thinks so. I am not unfairly discrediting but merely providing my opinion. If others choose to try your product and they enjoy it, then so be it. I for one have noticed quality decline. I wish you the best and will return once I hear the quality has improved.
