Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI eat Subway 3 days a week or more. Never been to this store, but I have to say it was clean and appeared well taken care of. However, the service was a little lacking. The kids working appeared to either be relatively new or just not take pride in their efforts. Prices were a little higher than average and the portion of steak on my sandwich was small, even by breakfast sun standards. Overall I may try this restaurant again in the afternoon and see if it's better, but this morning made me wish I had gone elsewhere.
Just went there tonight. Was very unimpressed with the service. Was not greeted and had to ask to order when no other customers were there. As I ordered toppings, the worker put hardly any of what I ordered on the sandwich. I asked to have a little more of one of the ingredients (he put 2 banana peppers on), and he seemed annoyed. I asked for Italian dressing and he said they only had olive oil when I could see the Italian. The entire time I felt that I was unwelcome. Subway has always been my favorite, but I plan to hit up jimmy johns and cousins for better customer treatment!
May 20th, 2:30pm. This young man that made my sub had an attitude where it seems like he didn?t want to make my sub at all. But he was all excited seeing his friend coming in to get food. I even heard his friend asked to give him a discount for a foot long sub. And the young man said yeah of course. They also squished my sandwich and the person who checked us out, said ?is that all?? With another attitude. No good customer service here at all. Completely rude, and lack of motivation and good attitude.
The Subway was very clean and the service was very fast. I ordered the Frito Chicken Enchilada Sub and it was delicious. I would recommend this sub and rate it a 10/10. When I was ordering I was unsure of what to put on it and the worker named Avery had great suggestions. He seemed to really know what he was talking about. GREAT customer service.
Horrible experience. Food cooler was covered in old nasty food and mold was growing on the seals. Fingerprints all over the glass. Lettuce was wilty and brown. employee did not wash his hands at all during the three customer experience that I witnessed. Dropped my food on the counter and then was going to package it and give it to me. I had to request a remake. I'm so disgusted that I don't even want to eat the food that I paid for. Will never return.
