Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and kind. The setting is perfect. We have stayed at Creggans Inn several times and have never had any complaints about the rooms, service, or dining experience.
We called to book a table but they were fully booked in the restaurant hich is a good sign. They were able to accommodate us in the bar. The food was delicious. I opted for the vegetarian risotto my other half had a steak pie. The food was well presented and good portion sizes. Service was efficient too. We had been a little put off by some of the reviews but while staying locally thought we would give it a try and so glad we did.
We booked for a family meal. A Sunday evening, 6.15. The staff were welcoming. The kitchen was very busy obviously, as we had to wait 50 minutes before the kids food arrived. They were getting a bit tetchy by then. Our food arrived about 10 minutes later. I had Pork fillet. It was well cooked but possibly a bit too arty fartily presented for my liking. My main concern was that for nearly £20 the portion was small. I was hungry so perhaps that clouded my opinion. However my wife had the same and also felt short changed... My daughter had a steak which was perfectly cooked. However the steak appeared to be covered in salt. The chips were very salty as was the sauce. So overall it was good in parts, however my main feeling was of disappointment.
Bar food, decent helpings, good service but nothing overly memorable to be honest. Good location with a view across loch fyne.
Good Food, fresh and nice staff, Taste the Burgers and langoustines with linguine ….they accepted us at the the last minute, many thanks
