Burger King - Arlington Heights

I've never experienced such poor customer service! If you don't enjoy your job, perhaps you should consider finding another one. I didn't even get to finish placing my order.

The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly! I really enjoyed the rodeo burger and fries!

Very poor service and quality of food! not here! I wrote for cheesburgers even tho they gave me child size burgers. well, that was very good. howhbrowns like from greasy greasy.

I ordered food for delivery and was told by Burger King to wait on the side for my order because the window is on a timer. I waited for about 15 minutes, during which time I saw around 12 cars drive by with their food. It seems like the store has a policy that shows a lack of respect for customers. This has happened every time I've been there, so I won't be returning.
