Dunkin' - Arlington Heights

Not all Dunkin's are the same. And this one is one of that best. Great service always a good selection of donuts and the bright friendly service is always a pleasure

Kitchen was closed during lunch and extremely expensive coffee compared to others and wasn’t polite basically threw the coffee at us

I then decided to visit a different location in Rolling Meadows, and to my delight, they asked me how I wanted my Dunkin' Chino. It made me so happy! Good customer service really matters! The staff at the Arlington location needs to learn how to provide better service and understand the importance of taking care of their customers.
