I said "good morning," but she just replied, "Okay, what can I get for you?" I greeted her again and then placed my order. The woman who took my order was either named Devika or something similar; she seemed to have an issue with saying "good morning." If that's the case, why wouldn't the management assign such employees to roles where they don't have to interact with customers?
The experience was satisfactory, but the donuts could have been fresher; they weren't soft at all.
I have had a disappointing experience every time I visit this restaurant. I’m seriously considering not returning. I ordered the pumpkin signature iced latte, and it did not resemble the picture at all. They wouldn't even add the toppings that are shown on the menu.
I normally would never rate a Dunkin? Donuts but the man who works the drive-through window on weekday mornings, I think his name is Oscar, literally puts a smile on my face every Time I visit. He is so friendly and goes out of his way to make yourmorning better. Also the coffee and breakfast sandwiches have always been tasty at this location. Oscar deserves a raise.
The donuts were quite good, but they could have been fresher; I prefer them soft.
