Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI went to Mr. D's for trivia night. By the time we got there, only high top tables were available. We had a disabled person with us and need a low table. I walked up to a low table and explained the situation. Turns out the table contained two employees, Leslie and Brian, eating a meal after they were off work. They were happy to let us have the table. That made my day. I didn't want to have to leave because my friend couldn't sit on the high tip chairs. Kudos out to Leslie and Brian. We did order food. Two of us got the $5 build your own burger. That was delicious and made just the way I wanted it. My only small complaint was I didn't think there was enough alcohol in the Mai Tai I order. I couldn't really taste it (but I was too busy with trivia to find the server to complain).
Ordered two beers and two sandwiches for lunch. After waiting 50 min. without being served our food, paid for the drinks and walked out. We asked our server several times if our food was ever going to come. Tried to locate the manager to complain but he was in back in the kitchen, cooking I think. I hope he cooks better than he manages.
Very disappointed in managements lack of customer service by failing to take reservations for tables during trivia for some people but allowing it for people on their preferred list. This smacks of favoritism and preferential treatment
Service is very slow ! Food is great , beer is cheap and obviously a great place to wager on the horses ! Don't count on great service though !
Our server Tina was great. Pizza great, except that it took over an hour we were starving watching everyone around us get their food that came after us. Waited, waited, waited poor Tina kept checking on it. We finally had to ask for a to-go box. Beautiful view of the Arlington Racetrack is located there too. The Lemonade Vodka stand is the way to go before Mr. D's. Delish so fresh on a hot day.
