LOVE the breakfast buffet, such a cute idea. They're open pretty late too and food is always good.

Not called chaps anymore. Hard to believe the food could get any worse when it was chaps, but it has. They can't even make a patty melt right, two pieces of dry toast with an overcooked burger and slightly warmed onions, horrible

Dined in this past Sunday with family who are regulars. Pizza was good and the atmosphere was nice. Our waitress on the other hand seemed high and did not know much lol. The other waitresses that visited our table who knew my family were pleasant and up beat though.

Chaps has 3 locations. This one is in Armada. Looks like a small town saloon inside. Food is always good and the prices are fair. Drinks were made well and waitress was attentive with a welcoming attitude. Great small town atmosphere..
