Wow, I get to the speaker, and I hear, Gimme a minute . Not at all a friendly request for some time, just a rude statement in a dull and rude tone. Next, I inform them that I will be using the app, and need one modification, to swap the hard shell inside the cheesy gordita crunch, to a nacho cheese shell. The stores system won 't let them change the items from the create your own box to a cheesy gordita crunch, but the app will, and the app won 't let you change the shell. So every other taco bell let 's me change the shell due to the inconvenience for no charge. This taco bell made a big deal about it, because it 's .90 cents unaccounted for . Nice job loosing a customer, over .90 cents.
This location does not care about its guest that are in the restaurant or mobile orders. Only drive thru guests. Placed order on app arrived they did not even start making orders till 15 minutes after I arrived which is 25 minutes after I ordered. So took over 35 minutes to get my food. This is unacceptable. Others where waiting over 45 minutes in the lobby. That is over 50 minutes from the time I ordered. Don't go to this location. Go to the others. The workers were not even sympathetic of having you wait. They did not even bag the condiments I ordered.
Bad service is so normal now that when I get good service I’m almost shocked. I go out of my way to come to this Taco Bell because they’re so nice and the quality is better. If you’re having a bad day, hit up the Jeffco Taco Bell because they are so sweet it just makes my whole day. Love you Jeffco Taco Bell! Keep up the great work!
Young man running the drive thru was doing a great job. They were busy, but he had it very under control. Best service I have had in any drive-thru in along time.
