Imbarco 15 - ARONA

Beautiful view, terrible and expensive kitchen.... Don't go!!!!! Arona Is a special place and don't deserve one place like that

Last week my friends and I had lunch at Imbarco 15 and loved everything about it. Starting with the lovely location on the lake and finishing with a delicious espresso coffee after an exquisite plate of mixed grilled meat. There's a fine selection of wines and liqours and also a wide variety of artisanal beers that are definitely going to make a difference in your visit at this restaurant in Arona. I also appreciated the staff which has always been available and polite. I really can't find anything negative to say about this place, simply amazing!

The food was pretty good. She got the La Spianata Bolognese (1) and I had ordered a caesar chicken salad, and a classico burger, having no idea of the serving sizes. The salad was pretty big, almost a meal by itself, but the greens were all iceberg lettuce. chicken was good. The burger was huge. It's a good thing I didn't order the Maxi burger! The service was really good on the first visit, but on the second visit, it was decent from our server, but really good from the woman with the black hair behind the bar. She was very friendly and helpful.

In a small square overlooking the lake, the place is with a spartan look and a little confused. tables outside. friendly and helpful staff. service in a bit slow, but it was the peak time and waiters really made mortal jumps for pleasure to all customers. various menus, fries, grill, plate. meat and fish. Bavarian section. no reservation accepted. We have occupied an internal table, ten commensals including four children. five cocktails such as aperitif accompanied by vegetable frittatines, pizza trance (better to warm them next time because they were cold of appetizer refrigerator anchovies with rattles of butter and fried bread calamari, grilled vegetables, octopus tentacles, chips, dish salmon burgers, desserts, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, bitters. the right amount, the abundant chips. Excellent beers. I also recommend for a lunch with a wide choice. compliments to the staff.
