Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

Well, nothing was right... Order crispy fish tacos, charged for crispy tacos... Got grilled tacos... None of the salsa should be called salsa. No flavor anywhere.

I used to come here all the time before the pandemic and it was great. I saw it was open again and decided to try it. When I walked in there was one kid working the register and one cook. I had a few questions bide to my allergies on how items were prepared. The kid at the counter seemed annoyed to have to answer and had an attitude. A few minutes later another kid came in for training. I felt very sorry for him having to work with the over the top know it all kid in charge. For some reason he thought it was appropriate vto be eating behind the counter in front of customers. My food was cold and not neatly wrapped so it fell apart the second I tried to pick it up. This place has really gone down hill fast definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money!

Have eaten at this location several times, and this one is a bit larger and cleaner then other ones that we have eaten at. The food is Good, Fresh, and Decent size portions, we typically eat on-site, and also enjoy the Salsa Options as well. The staff is usually friendly, although they are sometimes pretty slow in moving the orders along and takes a bit longer then anticipated to get your order. They do have a decent menu selection to choose from and most everyone should be able to find something that they would like. Parking is usually not a problem either and easy to find, would recommend ....

Im not sure whats going on here! Have gone multiple times, lunch time dinner time etc and they are closed with no note on the door. Was excited to go yesterday and they were open. It was noon. Their app didnt work, the ice machine was broken, they were out of Steak and their signature salsa. I was told they had been out fir two weekswe could hear the employees talking that they were out of garbage bags? They no longer had tap to pay. We ordered two burritos and were the only ones in there. Second burrito was a plain bean and cheese burrito and wasnt ready until son had completely finished his. It wasnt even as good as remembered. Im not sure what is going on there but its not like it used to be...

The customer service was amazing the woman at the front/cashier. Very nice, good people skills, good attitude, genuine-like. She was out of this world how she handle the customers.The food on the other hand wasn’t really good. Meat is like a sponge(shrimp,beef, vegetarian, chicken), it soaks up everything it’s cooked with. In this case, the meat tasted like the grill was never clean. I would not believe you if you told me it was clean even a week or two ago. It wasn’t good. It was unfortunate because everything looked amazing. Everything seem fresh. I tried to eat around the meat but what the meat touched spoiled it all. I threw away most of it. Sad, but there’s nothing you can do, can’t remake it with out cleaning the grill.The eating area/tables were clean.
