The service was awful. Our server, an older gentleman, was difficult to reach, and he made some unnecessary remarks about us not finishing our food or being thirsty. We didn’t receive any bread, which was fine, but even after our first drinks, we didn’t get a refill until we asked for it. Our food took longer than usual to arrive, which I thought was understandable since I ordered chicken. Normally, I wouldn’t leave a tip for poor service, chalking it up to a bad day, but I also faced a medical emergency during the visit.
My wife and I dined here on Saturday, and we were impressed by the exceptional service. Our server, although a bit grumpy, moved around our table with remarkable speed and was very attentive. We both ordered the caramel mustard glazed pork chops, and they were fantastic. Everyone we encountered expressed their gratitude for our business, which was a nice touch. The management clearly wants to convey a welcoming message, and it certainly shines through. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon.
I sat in the bar and it took a while to order my food. We ordered a flowering onion and it was great, I also ordered a salad and a steak, My 1. Steak was obviously over boiled and This, I asked another and it was great, then I finally got my salad. I asked the manager, you know what order that food should come? He said yes and I said, why did I get my salad load? He said he didn't know... I really don't recommend this place. And that comes from me, I'm in the top 10 percent reviews of restaurants in USA. Over 17 million views. You hardly see the sign Cuz blocking the trees... Good luck?
First time at this location. We sat at the bar like we usually do at restaurants and Tom was our bartender and he was awesome. It was approximately 4 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and the place was not crowded at all . My husband got the prime rib sandwich and enjoyed it very much and I got the steak salad. The steak was very tasty but I guess with inflation you only receive a few strips of it. That's why I would like to request that those few strips be Choice pieces and sadly mine was not. My very first bite was nothing but gristle and unfortunately I had that through quite a few of the bites. All in all though the salad was fantastic, the dressing was a blue cheese vinaigrette with blue cheese crumbles and the salad was really something I would get again I would just like to hope I get better steak. I got it medium rare and the seasoning was really good. The overall experience was five stars and if we are up this way again we would not hesitate to go back.
