Patrick the Manager was so kind (we did have issues with our room, heating issues that were out of control of all staff, just a glitch with the heating system but Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Hubby wasn’t well with respiratory issues and we did hope to stay a second night but he wasn’t able for it so we couldn’t do the second night. Thank you Patrick for making our one night so rememberable. Memories count and are worth more than any amount of money. A big shout out to Hayek (sorry not spelt correctly who was a young lad and will go very far in life, he reminded me of my own son who has natural people skills and finally to Marianna at reception on our checkout. There was also other young lad who served us our food in the bar. He was young, tall, slim build, fair haired possibly his name was Darren but couldn’t be sure (08/01/23 around 5pm , he will go far in life as he was the ONLY member of staff that was looking around to see if anybody needed attention to order. I would without doubt recommend this hotel but only if they can hold onto the staff members that I have mentioned.
