Btj Wings - Atlanta

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I had a great experience. The gentleman at the counter was busy but still took my order with care. My food was prepared exactly as I requested, which I really appreciated. Since I'm new to the neighborhood, I'm sure I'll be returning soon. Overall, I give the food a 5/5!

The food was disappointing; the rice tasted stale and had an unpleasant smell. The cashier's attitude was unfriendly, which didn't help the experience. The French fries had a strange, freezer-like taste. Overall, the food was unappealing, and I won’t be returning.

Ms. Adriene feels like family to me. I've been coming to BTJ Wings since I was a child, and she's always been there. She makes sure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. I have nothing but love for Auntie!

I work nearby and enjoy the food here. While it's not the absolute best, I keep coming back. However, they definitely need to improve their customer service. The lighting in the restaurant isn't very bright, but I do feel safe. The cleanliness is average—not terrible, but not exceptional either. Since it’s a restaurant, both cleanliness and customer service are essential. I would recommend it if you have the option, but keep those things in mind.
