The food was not hot and not in the right proportion. The service was a little slow. The seat was very convenient.

The wait for the wings was 45 minutes, which was absolutely terrible.

The food was substandard. I ordered the Calamari and the Caesar salad. The Calamari was not crispy, as it should be some fried food. The salad was made with some salad I couldn't recognize. Traditionally, Caesar salad is made with raw salad. The best part of the evening was the service that was not so stellar. We felt hurried even after we had mentioned that we were not in a hurry to order. All in all, a C was best

We have made reservations and we were there in sufficient time before our concert at the State Farm Arena. We ordered our food, and after about 30 minutes wait, our server informed us that the kitchen was secured and that there were at least 20-25 more minutes before our meal “Macht” (a salad and burger). Since it was almost an hour to the concert, and there would be an estimated security line to get to the arena, we canceled our food order, paid for the drinks we had and left without dinner. Very disappointing that the restaurant could not serve its customers. It is not as if this was the first concert or event next door.

The majority of us had wanted ribeye steaks, only to discover that they were not available. Many of us ordered baked potatoes, but were served mashed potatoes instead (without any prior notice) because baked potatoes were unavailable. A few of us ordered wine, only to find out that they did not have the specific selection we had chosen from the menu. The steaks were cooked at a temperature higher than what was requested. By the time we realized this, it took too long to send them back. All nine of us in our group mentioned that the prices were excessively high for the quality of the food.
