Einsten Bros. Bagels - Atlanta

Hey y 'all ! BEWARE ! On Monday I posted a 1 star negative review. Today, I received the standard copy and paste 'concerned ' response from Einsteins Bagels. I was going to post an edit to my 1 star negative review. I go out to the Einstein Bagels Druid Hills site. Guess what ? I can 't find my 1 star review under either lowest, or most recent. Whatever do you think happened to my initial review? So, here 's an edit to my initial review . . . BEWARE ! Are you to really to believe that their 'sorry ' aggregate of 4.0 is accurate. I think not.

This morning I bought my daughter a muffin and paid with a credit card. The muffin was $2.69. I tapped my card. When I looked at the receipt later when I got home, the drive thru woman gave herself a $3.00 tip. It was not an error on my part. She's running a scam right out of the drive thru. My family and I have been in the neighborhood for more than 20 years and have gone to this Einstein's before. We'll never go back. It's not about $3.00, it's about a dishonest scam. I never write reviews, but this is shameful.

Ordered a hash brown and garden avocado. The sandwich was great, the hash brown was sticking to the bag and fell apart. Not crispy. Also had cheese in it which wasn't really advertised. Other than that this location has served me well many times.

Got the hangover bagel for my dad and I thought he would find something wrong with it but he loved it. Drive through a little slow but it was worth the wait not having to hear the old guy fuss about how the food taste.

Excellent customer service in the drive thru. Lady was very patient while I picked out my bagels to fill the bagel box. Never felt rushed and she was very pleasant. My go to bagel spot after work. Bagels and shmears were delish!
