Mcdonald's - Atlanta

This place holds a special significance for me as it was the last restaurant my best friend visited before she became a victim of senseless gun violence. The food that night was served hot and fresh. Despite her usual disinterest in McDonald's, she remarked, "I don’t know what it is, but everything tastes fresh and really good, and you KNOW I don’t eat McDonald’s; I’ve always been a fan!" (Lol.) I digress, but I have to commend the staff working that night—they were truly professional and efficient. Keep up the excellent work!

This place is disappointing! The service was terrible, with an extremely long wait time in the drive-thru and no apologies at all. I spent 20 minutes trying to order fries for my grandson. I won't be returning, and I definitely won't be using the drive-thru again. I was stuck and couldn't even drive away. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place messes up my orders everytime. Sit in the drive thru line for what seems like hours and then idk how you can repeat an order to them 6 times and still get everything wrong from the drinks and size to the actual meal. But this time has done otfor me. My wofes butger wasnt even fully cooked the fries were reheated stale fries and the drinks were wrong. This place needsa complete new staff or just shut down cause they seriously dont even care about the customers here.

I really wish I could give this place a one-star rating! The overnight staff is incredibly rude. I stopped by around 6 am to buy breakfast, and a heavyset, light-skinned woman yelled at me, "WE ARE CLOSED!" She continued yelling, and when I asked her what time they open, she shouted, "I DON'T KNOW!" I couldn't believe she didn’t know what time a McDonald's opens, given that she works there. She just kept repeating, "WE ARE CLOSED" at 6 am. Unbelievable! I will never return. Please, everyone, spend your money somewhere else where you can at least expect good customer service!

I came up there for breakfast like I always do early in the morning. No one acknowledged me when I got to the menu board. And when I drove around to the window the lady with the long fake hair through her hands up at me and turn her back and walk off. Asif I had no business there at all. She ruined my morning with her gesture and because of that I will not be returning to yourestablishment. She made me feel like I had no right to come up there to get something to eat so to the young lady who you haveworking up there I apologize to her I will not come and get no food from there again she can continue to stay on her phone..
