I wouldn't answer the phone. I am very sympathetic for customer service and would be a simple explanation, but none came. Several people waited. McDonald's. Always.
We only ordered Caramel Frappuccinos, they were good. Service was better than its been before..
They recently dedicated 2 lanes for drive through, but this was my forth time I had to leave without ordering anything. Because for some reason they don't go one by one, I'm standing at the ordering station, and they got orders from 4 cars on the other lane, so everytime I don't know if I should wait or leave.
This McDonald's is conveniently located just off Fulton Industrial. It has two ordering lanes. The waiting time is pretty good for the relative business volume. The order was correctly made and the food was hot. I had the Big Breakfast with hotcakes and a medium sized coffee. They put the cream and sugar in the coffee which is very convenient as I was able to get right back on the road.
This location has got a face lift and upgrade, looks nice but unfortunately the staff and perhaps management still needs a lot of work... this is 2020, in a pandemic, for the life of me, I can?t understand why the staff are not wearing gloves at all or their face masks properly!
