Mcdonald's - Atlanta

Terrible! Ordered a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit and got Bacon and a cookie waiting for 20 minutes. I didn't get my food if I hadn't cleaned my horn to let the man know it was my food he was sleeping with in the rain. Absolutely ridiculous!!

They tried to keep my change. When I told her they didn't post it that they had no change and could have asked me if I wanted to use my card. She said she couldn't open the register to give me my coins. I asked for a refund, then they coughed my money. I wanted to talk to a manager. He was really young. He never apologised to me, but yet he told the young woman to mention coin deficiency. I thought we were done with this subject. Have these characters regarding exact modification or use card not see in months and then he told me the money from his pocket. How are you managers and cannot open the register?

These McDonalds must have the most rude people. A new manager who refused to give her name, and who has also relied on the staff who did not give her name, screamed to the customers and the workers and created a hostile environment. She shouldn't be in a leadership position if she can't control her feelings. After we were told to park and wait for Irkutsk order, we did not facilitate their screaming at an older male customer. She started him as if she wanted to intimidate him and beat him.

Waiting for the ride thru Menu for 30 minutes. People in front got orders there. Then the staff switched off everything and said nothing about it. I wouldn't answer the phone. I am very sympathetic for customer service and would be a simple explanation, but none came. Several people waited. McDonald's. Always.

We only ordered Caramel Frappuccinos, they were good. Service was better than its been before..
