Contribuir a la retroalimentación2022-07-13 Update Service was decent today despite a lot of construction worker patrons in the dining room, so I'm bumping up my rating. The large lids were out and, to my shock, they were restocked by the time I went for a refill. Keep going in this direction... Now if only we could get the (advertised, but never fulfilled) delivery to numbered tables. 2022-06-10 Update No ketchup again. They had ketchup on Wednesday (6/8). Now they're out again... 2022-06-06 Update No ketchup. How does that even happen at a McDs? I placed an order at ~1210. It appeared on the in progress screen and disappeared. I saw the ticket for my order sitting in a pile and an employee picked them up and walk away with them. It turns out she must have decided to throw it away because when I then asked about my order she couldn't find it. She then made up my order which I received at 1246. Pretty sorry service. OLD Review This location has improved dramatically over the last month. It was getting to a point where there was never any (non-diet) soda available, but now they have a nice big soda machine in addition to the freestyle machine (tech. there are two freestyle machines, but one is permanently broken, apparently). There were also much more frequent fights and disruptive behavior between among the employees and sometimes customers, too. This appears to have improved as well. There's clearly still some kind of leak around the dining room soda dispenser, which makes this area extremely slippery and dangerous. I nearly fell at least once. Unfortunately, I have to dock a star for this alone as it has been an issue for months without any resolution. Mopping the floor several times a day (which, to their credit, they do regularly) is not a solution and remains a perpetual safety hazard.
Edit: putting this to 1 star. 7/25 around 4pm, credit card information stolen. this happened to someone else then, too, so i'd lock the cards you used if you went there that day. When you actually get the food, it's not bad. However, there's no way the employees are sentient. In the evenings, it's entirely normal to take 5-10 minutes per order, and most of the reason you move up in the drive-thru line is from people leaving the line because they're tired of waiting and not because they got their orders.
Didn't even want to give them the one star should be negative 10!!! Blood splatter on the walls, spilled milk all over the floor that's been there for idek how long!!! Rude service, no sanitizer in machines or on counter all empty, tables were disgusting. This place should be shut down!!!
By far one of the worse and slowest drive through ever. Only three cars when I arrived at the drive through. Now six cars behind me line is not moving. After waiting for fifteen mnts at the call box finally had enough room to drive up to the window to be told their changing shifts and is going to be a 15 mnt wait because they have to catch up with Doordarshan orders. This is what happens when there's Poor and Sorry management
The afternoon crew here is terrible. No thank you. you 're welcome, or please. The drive thru employee was very rude she even said on the mic, not knowing it was still on, my stomach hurt, dese people gettin on my nerve . When she told us our total and never said please drive to the fist window, when we got their we asked how much were the fries, she said I can 't help the price, I don 't make the fries . How rude. When we got to the second window the next employee asked harshly, what did yall have , Poor job. Poor customer service, poor communication. Polish on fingernails, no sanitization after each transaction, hair hanging pass shoulder without hair net.
