Awesome food....Wonderful People... my spot when I travel up this way
Really good food! I 'm a long-haul trucker. I went to church Trinity Church this am, and after Church asked, where was a good place in town to get good BBQ? 2 or 3 people suggested Tommy 's. I 'm glad they did! The food was very good. I had the 2 meat plate with Brisket and Ribs. The Brisket was good. The 1st Rib was Great! The other 2 were kinda dry. I spoke to Tommy and told him I wasn 't trying to get more food but thought he should know. He asked, "Could I eat more? I said, of course, but that wasn 't why I was telling him about them. He promptly brought me 3 more ribs. They were GREAT!!! Imo some of the best ribs I 've had! Also had the blackberry cobbler for dessert. It was good also. Very nice, friendly people that treat you like an old friend. I highly recommend them!!! ? Parking: Also had Semi Truck parking.
Best home-made BBQ in east Texas! Tommy and his family are so friendly and the food such a great taste! All the customers are friendly too, everyone knows Tommy's is the best place to stop at.
Food is horrible. Had it 3 times and every time it’s dry and flavorless. Deserts aren’t even good. Owners are very nice and atmosphere screams 1998. Nice folks though.
