Beef 'o ' Brady 's - Auburndale

Not a very good experience here.Myself, my wife, and two kids new to the area and dinned here for the 1st time.We ordered nachos, a pretzel, dragon fruit margarita, club wrap, buffalo chicken wrap, custom Burger, O'Brady Burger, and 10 wings. Sodas of course.1. Waitress noticed our pretzel was burnt. When it was brought out to us so she replaced it.2. the O'Brady Burger was raw when I asked for it to be medium rare.3. club wrap was very dry the bacon on the wrap was not cooked well.4. I was really shocked that the issues that we had did not warrant a manager coming by immediately. For that matter I did not see a manager in the restaurant at all.No comp or credit offered.The good stuff:A very pleasant atmosphere and the staff were all very nice.Overall I give this three stars for service.
