Subway - Augusta-Richmond County

Debbie was the bomb! She effortlessly made our quick stop delightful by being attentive and kind. She needs a raise!

I haven't been to Subway in awhile but since I had a coupon, and was extremely hungry, I decided to grab a sub. I ordered a foot-long cold cut on wheat. The lady that made my sub was very friendly and pleasant. The sub, however, not so much. It was late so I didn't expect the roll to be fresh, and I was right but what little meat was on it just didn't taste right. I'm praying that I don't get sick and regret to say that Jersey Mike's is right around the corner. NEVER AGAIN SUBWAY!

Guy with dark hair working helped people ahead of me then proceeded to take care of guy behind me as he knew him. I was ignored so lady helped me and apologized as I had been skipped. Beware guy helps friends first.

Sandwich was good but the service was excellent. She was polite and very helpful, she gave me hope for customer service

I was helped by the nicest lady who seemed to be training someone today, my food was made perfectly and they seemed to be working together like a well oiled team! I alerted them of an issue with their drink machine and they started cleaning it and disassembling it right away. I’ve been to this location a couple times, but today was the best experience I’ve had. Great job!
