Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis was my fourth or fifth visit, but I'm writing my first review. This place has consistently impressed me with its delicious food, excellent service, and pleasant atmosphere. For South Indian cuisine and Biryani, this is the only place I trust. The staff is warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience.
The potlam biryani was just dry, spicy rice served with an omelet that resembled dried paper. The raita was sour and watery, and without it, there's no way to eat that dry rice. When we asked for more buttermilk raita, we were told there would be an additional charge. The chicken kothu parota had barely any chicken in it, and worst of all, my kids started complaining of stomach pains after just a few bites! We had placed a dine-in order as well as a to-go order, but after tasting the unpleasant food, we decided to cancel the to-go order. However, the person working there was rude and said it couldn’t be done, questioning why we had ordered if we didn’t like the food. Seriously? Are you running a food business? I used to order from here regularly, so I felt confident placing this to-go order. But when everything on my plate, including the utensils, was off-putting, why would I want to buy more? We spent $100 in total and were made to feel like we couldn’t voice our concerns about the awful, sour food. The management and service were the worst I’ve seen!
I ordered goat paya, and it was completely spoiled. If you want to enjoy decent food, it's better to visit this place on the weekends; during the weekdays, you might just be getting leftovers from the weekend. I called the restaurant to inform them about the issue and requested that they not serve it to anyone else, but the staff member I spoke to didn't seem to care at all. He proudly claimed it was made today, just like typical restaurant staff do. I've attached photos of the food we ended up throwing away; it definitely belongs in the trash.
Friendly people and caring. The food is amazing and I am glad I finally came in to dine. Great service and educational when you are a novice like myself with Indian food. The customer service was great, they even had some suggestions for us whichsimplified the menu. You won't be disappointed. Will definitely be coming back!
Wish i could give 0 stars..Tried this place for the 1st time..one of the worst restaurants ever..None of the food items were fresh..it felt like the food was prepared 1 to 2 days back. Ordered potlam biryani, manchuria and mirchi baji..the chicken inpotlam biryani tasted rubbery and cold, the biryani rice did not even have any spices..tasted bland Manchuria tasted chewy inthe middle. It is not fried properly. It is not crispy or spicy And mirchi..that was the worst one..It was not fresh at all andit was cold..When asked about this, The waiter said they made it in the morning and kept it microwave and gave..which was aclear lie..A fresh mirchi tastes different compared to a stale one. After eating at this place,I have realized that I ratherprepare and eat at home than waste money at terrible Indian restaurants.
