Jersey Mike's Subs - Austin

An employee walked right in the door, walked behind the counter and started to work without washing his hands. No thanks, I’m not looking to get sick today. This happened on Feb. 15th around lunch time.

I’ve been a regular customer of Jersey Mike’s (not t particularly location). I got a free sub for my birthday.

Dude at the counter was insanely short and seemed irritated and I didn’t even get the right sandwich

The sandwiches were delicious, but I had to repeat my order three times and it was still wrong each time. I didn't complain because the music was too loud. The service was pretty rude.

The food is always delicious, but the service at this restaurant is awful! I keep coming back for the food, but they always manage to disappoint!
