Chipotle Mexican Grill - Austintown

It took 25 minutes for the backroom. People to make my order meanwhile, the people walking into the restaurant were ordering and walking out within 4 minutes.

Definitely isn't what is used to be. Very disappointed.

They have good food but this is the only location I know that runs out of something AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE IT CLOSES. I can understand if it was 45 minutes before closing, but you should not be out of anything at 9:30 if you close at 11.

The workers are unbelievably stingy. They will give you half scoops of just about everything, yet consistently up their prices. The entire chip bag is full of maybe 15 chips, none of which are salted. Poor stinginess coming from a big company.. not

Food was hot and fresh as always, staff are very friendly. All around a good experience!!
