Wendy's - Avon

If you go take a snack. Myself and one other were only ones inside, 5 people working behind counter and they took forever to take and prepare our orders. Most were more interested in texting than in working. Had to send my order back twice before it was correct . Had several drivethru customers coming inside because their orders were wrong. Will never stop here again.

This may be the worst wendy's there is. No one is ever motivated, It's one of the slowest there is, And I almost feel bad every time I go there. I really wish they would just try.Maybe it's poor management or maybe the owner doesn't take pride in his work.

I have no idea when they are open and most of the time it is just the drive thru, sometimes people would like to go in and order food as well and a lot of people head into work around 6:30 so please be open around 6 not asking too

Sign and website shows open at 6:30, I normally stop by aroun 8am, never open! Today 02/25/2024 I stopped in at 9am, they were open. as I entered the line to order, there was a large truck in front of me, placed their order and drove up to the window, so as I am waiting to order, an elderly lady gets on the speaker and says we can't take any orders for awhile, no supplies. I informed them I was going to wait. set there for 5-10 minutes before i decided to pull up to the window and wait, after sitting there for another 10 minutes without being acknowledged, the elderly lady comes to the window and tell me again, that we had to wait on supplies and to come back later, at the same time I watched the elderly lady take an order from the car behind me.The elderly lady finally came back to the window, still not having my order she ask me to pull foward, I explain to the lady all I wanted was to order a breakfast buritto,and I was not moving. a couple of minutes later she comes to the window and tosses me a breakfast burrito.I do not plan on letting this go, they are false advertising because of the posted opening time on the web and the sign, and watching her take an order on the car behind me, feels like discrimination.I dont want to take it that far but Really no choice. I really would like to speak to someone.

Not the smartest bunch of people work here ketchup only usually means ketchup only not all The rabbit food its not that complicated.
