We were with a group of 8 people and (short-term) reservation in as. the food was good, but then it came. everything lasted infinitely long - bringing the card/order/first getraenke. it continued and continued. After two hours we finally had our appetizers. after beaten three hours the first three of seven main dishes. we had abandoned with the order of the tactical order. But when we then asked very kindly to speed up the whole process, this did not create a real joy at the owner. Conclusion - a really good eating was unfortunately a significantly reduced experience. I'm sure we're not going anywhere. unfortunately, because in December we were already here and satisfied. but 4.5 hours for an evening meal are too long.

At the beginning we were few guests and at the end it was full. at the beginning, the service and herr staak time had to deal with us and we had a lot of fun in it. really wonderful, until too many guests came and the chef and the solo service had to rotate, keeping everything under control. herr staak did not take it to recommend further personally, but what then took because of the main job in the kitchen and with all good will, hectic. the service could and did not want to jump in here, because also on the limit. in knowing where we are, we were also aware of needing some time for eating. in the end we were there for the 3-4 courses with over 4 hours but very long and between the courses with partly more than an hour above the border. If there were not the quality of the food, I would never be there again, but so well you eat for this not small price really very rarely. you can only wish that all of you will be able to hire additional qualified staff so that the pleasure will also become 100%. as before in the noi quattro. he can cook and weeping knowledge is also undeniable! we are coming back and looking forward to it.
