Worst experience for a first time. I paid thru card and got debited twice but they told me it didnt go thru. Now I have to contact my bank to report and get credited back. Plus the inconvenience of going there again to pay in cash. I will never go back here.
Service - 4.5 Food - 3.5 Ambiance - 4.0 Overall, food was good, though the Ribs are served called and the Squid is tough, maybe overcooked. We enjoyed the Baby Shrimp Sinigang and the Pritchon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
6:45-7 pm pick-up time for my take-out order, we'd agreed. But you gave my order to a dine-in customer before I arrived at the specified time. So when I showed up, I had to wait for another one to be cooked. Everything about this was so unprofessional, and the staff tried to make up for it with an on-the-house iced tea, which I did not touch. The waiter even offered to tell the chefs to hasten the cooking process, which I declined to, since I did not want to get diarrhea. This is a good restaurant ruined by bad customer service.
The food was soooooooo delicious. Happiest birthday to me! My husband loves the Crispy Kare Kare very much and the Sinigang na Lapu lapu? My god! So heavenly ???????? WILL surely go back!
