Ferme Auberge Lacere - Bahus-Soubiran

A meal for two offered by our friends as a birthday present ... that we are not ready to forget. Since we have never stopped thanking them for having us discover this farm inn where we feel right away with family in front of the fire of the large fireplace. First of all, an excellent garbure, then a landese salad with foie gras VRAI, confit duck thighs served with original fries (we will say no more, a part of homemade touring, all accompanied by divine wines .... the simple happiness that is worth a paradise, we have no other words!

An address not to be missed, dishes are exquisite, products of very high quality, an exceptional setting, very pleasant staff.... I am conquered I will not fail to iron there!

This establishment deserves to be known and recognized. Friendly welcome, family atmosphere. Despite our large table of 18 people and a full room we did not wait, the service was rhymed. What about the kitchen? Just excellent! Big duck fans we were not disappointed, farm products cooked at the chimney in the room, a beautiful show. From the entrance to the dessert a real treat!
