Del Taco World Headquarters

Went thru the drive tbru yesterday and they forgot our chicken soft taco. Went back today to have it replaced, they replaced the whole order, not just the taco! I was so surprised and greatful! They also gave us a free menu item of our choice! We go a couple of times a week and this was actually the first time tbere has ever been an issue with our order. They more than made up for it! Also always fast and friendly!

The jumbo shrimp quesadilla tacos were great but most of the taco was full of lettuce and just two fat shrimps, and the quesadilla wasn't even a quesadilla it was merely a tortilla with some cheese on the inside.

Del Taco overrides Taco Bell anytime now because of their food is fresh more of a variety and the drive-thru is very fast no matter how busy they are they will make your order to your accommodations without any problem and their dollar iced coffee will get you zoom in for your entire day of running around I love the one off of Mount Vernon but I really love the one downtown off of 24th Street

I'm not sure what is going on with Del Taco in general. Cheesecake bites are getting smaller. No fresh cut limes for fish tacos. Fat tacos became flat bread tacos and now are gone. . I think they should stop giving you your food in like 20 bags, stop filling our bags with packets of sause when we specifically asked for two packets, a handful of napkins, and stop spending extra time walking the food to parked cars from the drive through (in other words reduce waste elsewhere and keep the FOOD up to quality). I come here for the food. Not the trash I'm left with afterwards.

Great service and great food, even during COVID the prices haven't risen too much
