Mcdonald's - Bakersfield

I come and visit these mcdonald’s, which I must say at least three times a week. it is the mega fast food franchises the most central location here in bakersfield, about they have to make a very high volume during the midday hours, and I have to honestly say that I have to praise them for never having problems with being too slow, or getting the wrong order, or bad customer service. the management here must be very strong, stable and in harmony with the execution of these mcdonald’s. I come here to eat a light lunch and their excellent fountain drinks that I would say always tastes right, never too sweet, or not enough carbonated acid, or a funky taste like other places. I have to say mcdonalds as a whole makes a good work. I was in other almost food spots, refueling and even sitting restaurants and I don't know exactly what it is, maybe effort? their fountain drinks are never as good as mcdonald’s. good job types, and many thanks for being part of my day during the week. that's only roy, they stay blessed.

It was alittle dirty and not very big place. And service slow.

Mc Donalds allows people with signs begging for money etc at cashier DRIVE up . Employees say they can't keep from hanging out. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS. ....

This particular Mcdonalds' does not cater to its customers. I came in to place my order. My phone was dead. They do have a charging station but it does not work( they disconnected it because of homeless) I asked for the corporate number because when I inquired about the station not working, the employee was rude and said this store is individually owned they don't have to cater to their customer. Really? I had to go to Dunkin Donuts to charge just to order from McDonald's App. I never heard of McDonald's being represented like this, ever.

Went at a not necessarily busy time just to have my order take 20 minutes and be incorrect multiple times. only reason I didn’t give 1 star was in the incompetence of the employees they managed to give me multiple extra items. Coming from an employee at a fast food establishment this was very underwhelming.
