The restaurant was quite chaotic during our visit. A loud individual was causing a scene, which was unsettling, and then a violent fight broke out involving more than ten people. It was frightening for both me and my child.

It's all bad. My burger was cold, and cheese wasn't melted. I do like that if you sign up for rewards, they give you a free burger on your birthday, which is why I gave 2 stars. Their burgers are $17+, and they suck, but if it's free, it's free. Lol the place is dirty because they're busy from being in the mall. The waiter seemed bored and careless. He never refilled my water. I will only be back for my free burger ever. They also have unlimited fries. You can order as many as you want.

Fantastic food and excellent service! This is the only place I go to for my chicken burger, especially because the Swiss cheese is incredible. Please keep the orange cream on the menu—it's amazing! Looking forward to my next visit!

All I can say is WOW! I didn't expect to receive such five-star service at this location. A few years ago, I had a disappointing experience, but this visit deserves a 5/5 rating thanks to the skilled staff tonight. We were warmly greeted by a friendly host at the entrance and seated right away. My server, Anela, was incredibly polite and made us feel very welcome. After I received my food, the manager, Naomi, came over to ask how everything was and if we needed anything else. We happily told her that everything was perfect. She was very pleasant and ensured we had a great dining experience. I also noticed her helping her staff by bringing out food and cleaning tables, which is not something I usually see from management. I wanted to complete the survey on the device at the table, but since I paid in cash, it wouldn't let me. All the staff were very professional and made our experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you, Anela and Naomi, for prioritizing your guests!
