We placed are order on the phone like we always do. And they always mess up. When we get the food there is hardly any meat in the spice beef dinner more vegs then meat. And it tasted spoiled. We call to talk to manager, but was told he would have to call us back,.
My husband called over the phone and made our order. I picked it up about 20 minutes later. I wasn't home when he made the order so I was not sure what he got. When I got home he checked the order and it was half wrong. When he called over the phone to let them know about the mistake, the woman who answered was the same woman who toke the order and all she did was tell him he was wrong. She was very rude and argumentative, she did not try to clear things up and when we asked to speak to the manager she said he would have to call us back. We have been ordering from the Rice Bowl for about 10 years and were great customers, but the last couple times we have ordered it has been wrong; this was the first time we ever called to let them know because it was a pretty big mix up. And when you pay for things and don't get them, it’s pretty annoying. I have been in customer service for about 8 years and this was not customer service. I feel that she should get in some type of trouble for the way she presented herself and the restaurant. Nobody wants to go where the service is horrible. Thanks for listening.

We got shrimp chowmein and orange chk lunch special great food authentic tastey great service staff and manager are very friendly food is awesome hot and decent priced try it!
