Mcdonald's - Baltimore

This place is usually one of the fastest mcdonald’s to which I was. it gets hectic sometimes, but that's everywhere. but if they wait at the end for too long because they forget about an element, they tend to update their size to wait for the nice staff.

Nice area. They try to keep it clean. It gets really busy especially durning the week. Ice cream machine never works. Bathrooms stay locked. Nice customer service. Conversations are usually held between coworker from across the restaurant. Sometimes there is a long wait for your food based off of how crowded it is. Employees are nice and accommodating; dont mind cleaning a specific area if you ask them to.

Just your typical McDonald's. Ive been here a few times. There are some things they don't have on their menu that the bigger locations do have, like specialty coffee drinks. The parking sucks. But the employees are friendly and my orders are always accurate.

Well, they were busy. They could've been a little more efficient at their job. But the coffee was hot and the food was prepared correctly. But the eggs on my sandwich were right on the cusp of being under cooked. So yeah watch your food quality.

One little girl who made manager, is the most ignorant person. Today, she treated a customer like her was scum on the bottom of her shoes. It took everything in me not to let this girl some good shot. When she was just a cashier she was so polite, pleasant and very humble. Get promoted to manager and now she think she all that and a bag of chips
