One of the best samcan that I've ever tasted. It is quite salty but very juicy and crunchy. Bakso goreng is also very delicious. You can also choose sambal matah combination but the plain original one is the absolute best.
This is the most sinful food, I've tried at Bandung. Can u imagine how much fat in there? Its pork belly samcan' and its fried. But the taste is heaven! Incredible! Its the most crispy pork belly I've ever tried. Its melt in your mouth perfectly. My god. Its really a dangerous food, really addictive! Haha.. and they also have a great pork ball. Superb! Recommended!
It's kind of expensive for local street food price. It's a easier option of fried pork belly rather than traditional Cantonese roast. It's crispy and less porky smell. Meat balls are semi juicy too. Unforgettable is its braise egg where the sauce favours are trapped inside the egg's texture. Rather good braise egg in Indonesia standard. Good combo mix of rice and crispy fried pork. Forget about KFC, this BFP is pretty darn awesome. Road side dinning. Got to grab a table fast. Take away options available. Good Bandung experience.
The crispy skin on the pork was one of the best I've tried. It wasn't hard but crumbly sand flavorful. The meat was sometimes juicy, other times a little tough. The onion with chili and salted egg versions of the dish was pretty good
