Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAfter many many posts by our foodie friends and many many postponements later (only because it 's like driving to a different country from Whitefield! , we finally landed at Samaroh and as they say 'sabar ka phal meetha hota hai ', our wait was extremely worth it. As part of that day 's menu and the ongoing aamlicious festival, we got Motichur boondi while this is a common sweet, the motichur was pretty refined in texture Sabz makkai shorba a great start to the meal. For once the makkai flavors were making an impact Jeera namkeen a savory item found in many Rajasthani meals, subtle and nice Keri panna not oversweet and not over sour. Perfectly balanced Chandni paneer tikka we had heard a lot about their paneer and what we heard was true. Soft, fresh, not too sour and excellent marination. Loved it. Keri sweet potato seekh this was nice and not too dry. Subtle flavors again Kabuli chana tikki loved how again, the main ingredient was allowed it 's own space on the palate Keri pakiza my favorite out of the 4 starters. Mango sour, sweet and spicy flavors not fighting but getting along very well! Mango samaroh Pani poori the sourness of the pani given by the aam was nice. Our son loved it and had second helpings. Keri papdi chat good flavor bomb Masala chhaas good Dal Makhani excellent dish. While many will debate the authenticity of the taste, I just loved the flavors Paneer amritsari the star of the main course for me with the fresh paneer giving the dish it 's main flavors Mirchiwale kofte good Gajar corn mawa good Aam ki lunji loved it. Reminded me of the raw mango khatta I used to have as a kid. Beautiful use of mango here Aam ras you can 't go wrong with this one Phulka soft, fluffy Khoba roti good and something like the gujarati bhakri but thicker Keri veg pulao my dish of the meal choice. Absolutely superb flavors. Every spoonful had all the main flavors mango sour, subtle spicy, zucchini (surprise, surprise! , other veggies and the perfectly cooked rice. Loved every bit of it and took a second helping as well Kesar pista shrikhand Jalebi very good, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and not very sweet Kulfi good Mango bhog loved this one. I absolutely loved how while mango was the main ingredient, it wasn 't overpowering any of the other regular flavors but was complementing them. I also loved the pairing of the mango sour with various other flavors. Service was efficient and had the now expected and lovely, Rajasthani hospitality. What stands out with the Samaroh experience is the way the thali is deconstructed into courses, the quantities of each item and the unhurried nature of the entire meal. Too good! Will surely return for their other festivals.
Loved the vegetarian fare which spells tasty in every bite. The variety offered is enormous and the dal makhni is to die for making you go yummm. The 7 course thali is total value for money. The courteous and attentive staff are well informed and allow you to complete the meal at your own pace.
The seven course meal and the phased manner it is served, interesting. The vegetarian fare is delicious, some yummy starters and unique desserts. With unlimited quantity served in some quirky copper cutlery this place is a must try for the vegetarians. The vegetarian fare spread across Rajasthani, Punjabi with chats satisfies the taste buds.
While at Work in and around their hotel, I will make it a point to order their packed food and it's not just the quality, quantity and taste. It's an experience of it's kind to have lunch from Samaroh!
This place really awesome for those who love veg Indian cuisine. You will gonna find some unique combo in starters and deserts. If I talk about the main course than that is good as well. A suggestion that you must try this place at least once
