The Bayview - Bar Harbor

Very clean, warm staff, magnificent water view (each room). A mile from the city centre, which you can easily walk or with your free shuttle (from 3-10). The best continental breakfast I've ever had!! And they also offer free bottled water and snacks. Very recommended!!

Warm, Friendly and Beautifully Charming Hotel . Centrally located for accessing the town and Acadia National Park. All rooms overlooking the Ocean.

What a delightful hotel! They thought through all the little details and everyone was very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We stayed on the top floor which had amazing views and the room was clean and comfy. Even though most everything was already closed for the season in Bar Harbor, just relaxing in the room and enjoying the water views and doing some hiking was a much needed, relaxing break for my husband and I. Complimentary shuttle service, hiking poles, breakfast in a bag, afternoon cookies, and local recommendations from the staff were so helpful. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

Wonderful continental breakfast each morning and genuinely the best service I've ever had. We were planning our elopement and stayed here because of their elopement package!! Without the package they genuinely took care of us and had a beautiful property overlooking the bay. The walk down to Bar Harbor main strip if relaxing and easy. We cannot wait for our anniversary to return!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a perfect view of the harbor from our room enjoyed breakfast each morning on our balcony. It’s an easy walk to the main part of town which saved us driving and parking. My only criticism is that there is was noise than I would have expected coming from other rooms the hallway.
