It is just a few short blocks away from downtown, and is literally around the corner of a grocery store that definitely comes handy. The breakfasts are amazing and many have blueberries, known for the Maine. Cheryl, the manager, along with all her employees, are the top shelf. It is also a walking encyclopedia related to restaurants in the area. We stayed 9 days in the Cadillac Suite, with king bed, and had plenty of space. You can sit on the veranda with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and read a good book. The entrance to the Acadia National Park is a short drive from the inn. If we get it back in this way, we will definitely stay there again!
Great bed and breakfast near downtown Bar Harbor. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, a large and spacious room and (natural) a really delicious breakfast in their idyllic sunroom dining room. In the morning we stayed, they made a berries and cream crepe and a goat cheese and asparagus quiche, both of which were quite delicious. I recommend you stay here if you like B
Breakfast was exquisite! Service was very good and Cheryl was enthusiastic. She was very thoughtful and up at all tours in and around the city that was super helpful to help us plan how we use our days in Bar Harbor. We were in Hulls Cove and the room was very nice. The King bed had a new mattress and it was very comfortable I slept very well! The balcony outside was also a nice bonus. We had many very nice days, so it was pleasant to leave the door open with the screen to allow the fresh air. Would definitely recommend friends and would be safe here again if back in Bar Harbor!
Great location, a simple walk to all Downtown Bar Harbor. Food and service were great. The room and the bed were super comfortable. We had the French room and loved it. very spacious. Nice renovations.
This is a wonderful comforting inn to stay while enjoying Bar Harbor. The location is ideal to the park, restaurants, and shopping district. The inn keeper is very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcome during our three night stay. Would come back!
