Tortilla Factory A Mexican Kitchen

My friends and I dine here several times a month after work, but tonight we experienced the worst service we've ever encountered. Our waiter was rude; when I asked for queso, he huffed and walked away. He returned with it, placed it on the table without saying a word, and immediately left again. The only other time he approached our table was to take my plate and ask if we wanted our check, even though my friend was still eating. There were no drink refills or any other assistance. The food, however, was great—5 stars for that.
