I always get pulled pork poutine and to my surprise when I got my order from this location, there was barely meat on it. The gravy was too much and cheese was also lacking. Poutine fail, sorry. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I took my family that came for a visit to this place and i talked so highly about this place to them because i wanted them to try the “authentic poutine”. The guy who served us was on the phone the whole time which is totally fine but this food is disgusting we couldnt eat it at all and i was so embarrassed and disappointed because that was their first experience! The fries are burnt out and too soggy and we literally wasted our money which is fine. But to give this to people to eat is totally unacceptable. I even called back to tell him that and he didnt pick up. So disappointed i wont ever recommend it

I’ve been to this place twice and the food tasted pretty much good but today I ordered poutine and onion rings online and both were terrible. Poutine was overcooked and onion rings were literally burnt. It was so bitter in taste. Just because we did not go there physically, it doesn’t mean you should give us whatever you want. We spent our money which got wasted.
