Burger King - Bartlett

This is the worst burger king you'll ever go to. i know, they all seem like they are the worst burger king but this one is truthfully, the worst. don't ever go here. I'm not even sure how it's still open

Worst fast food establishment on Stage Rd or in Bartlett. Was charged $14 and some change for 2 chicken patties. Staff, what little they have are rude and don't care and they can't even get their own menu items correct. They also manipulate their service times by asking you to wait before pulling up to the service window in the drive through. Sadly, this place has operated like this for years so really it needs to close and go away.

Everytime I try to go there on my lunch break I sit for 20 mins or so they never answer and when they do its rude . We can't take your order for 20 mins or so . Ask why they get rude . Ive never in My life indoored the amount of rudeness from one place .. I understand staffing issues (where as I'm aa manager but say that don't get rude with tour paying customers !

8pm showed up in the drive thru, everyone standing outside, one girl even had the headset on, waited at the speaker (no answer) drove around and asked if they were open they all said no were closed. Ummmm if you’re closed are you riding the clock??? With your headset still on and you’re still at the store???

I can't believe I have to give this Burger King one star. Tonight is the second and last time I've attempted to order through the drive-thru. The first time when I got to the speaker to place my order I was asked to wait just a minute to place my order and I responded sure. After 10 minutes and everyone behind me gave up I finally drove off. There was no other cars in line. Tonight when I got the speaker I was told they were only accepting online door dash orders. This place is poorly managed. Don't waste your time.
