Billy's Pit Bbq - Bastrop

My family and I traveled all the way from San Antonio, Texas, just to enjoy some delicious BBQ. It's unfortunate that nowadays, you often have to drive an hour and a half just to find really good food.

Fantastic food and welcoming staff! Billy's truly stands out. Plus, they offer all-beef sausage for those who prefer not to eat pork. You can't go wrong here!

I've ordered from here twice, and both times the experience was a bit inconsistent. It could have just been off days for them, so I understand that things happen.
