Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónHaven’t had a single good experience here. We’ve gotten food 4 or 5 times either drive through or delivery and it’s bad every time. Drive through packed, slow service, orders are wrong, missing items, no hot sauce when you ask for it, sloppy food. I don’t expect restaurant quality from “fast food” but you can’t even call this one fast, or good. Wish them the best but I don’t think we will order from here again.
A few friends and I got food from here without cheese because two of us are lactose intolerant, but instead of giving us no cheese they gave us only cheese on everything, I don't really see how that could be an accident to be honest because everyone there was kind of in a bad mood which I didn't really care about until they put literally only cheese and meat for our food, and I ordered on the app so I wouldn't have the chance of forgetting anyone's modifications
Pathetic excuse for a Taco Bell. Better made food found in the trash behind Safeway. If I could rate -3 stars I would. Trash.
Every time I order here something is always messed up in the order. The food is always put together so bad. Today I made an online order, it took 40 minutes! Waited in the actual restaurant for 30 minutes, when asked how long it would take they just shrugged and said I don’t know. When I finally got it, it was cold and it was a combo box yet it was thrown into a bag and the chips were dumped. The crunch wrap wasn’t even closed there was a giant hole in the middle. I’m mostly annoyed about how they don’t take online orders more promptly. The drive through was moving very fast, yet my food took 40 minutes and it was a small regular amount of food.
This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, because this location is run unbelievably bad. I live in the area and have been here multiple times. It’s rare that they get the order fully correct, but today I did not get even a single item that I ordered. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive through line. As usual it’s at least a 30 minute wait to get through 8 cars. I got up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes before my “hello?”s finally caught somebodies attention. I told them my order name and verified everything looked right before pulling up to the window. They handed me my bag and I left. I checked the bag and not a single item I ordered was in it. I called and told them I received the wrong bag and that it was no big deal, I’m outside and they can just bring out the right bag. The guy told me that they couldn’t do that because my order wasn’t on their screen anymore. I work in a similar environment and I know you can check previous orders. At my restaurant, if this happens, we would quickly remake their food the way it was ordered and bring it out. So I asked the guy on the phone “So, am I not getting my order?” And he told me I should call asking for a refund. Icing on the cake? They didn’t even make the wrong order right. The receipt in the bag did not match the food we received. I’ll probably be back, but only if I’m really desperate.
