Longhorn American Bar & Steakhouse

We can't judge about eating, we didn't come in this pleasure. we came past this restaurant spontaneously on Saturday and found the ambiente interesting. after entering the 1st great space, in which only a couple sat with a baby and all the other tables found empty, we went to the older ones standing bar to the front of his book. we were not greeted when we entered the room and not when we stood before him. he only asked "what name is reserved"? when we told him we didn't have a reservation, he laughed at us. "on Saturday building without reservation is impossible". then he laughed. It's not more rude. that you can afford so much arrogance in East Saxony is unimaginable. and even if you can afford it, this is not a service! we went back. there were a few people sitting at tables in the winter garden and a single table in the main room was occupied. at the next restaurant in the inner city of Bauzen we were immediately successful and were welcomed friendly. it's different...

I am astonished that the service has been criticized so often and yet nothing is changed.Also, eating was tastefully very good, deliciously flavored, really good tasted and fresh. the day offers there are too unbelievably cheap trips, but also eating out the card has normal prices!Now to service..it is simply unbelievable how to be treated here or better not treated. the masters are kindly received and served....all others are not. it is simply put on the table and waited until you order. I don't know. please sneak the dame as you deal with guests......you are seriously considering going back. good food is still elsewhere!

As described in the title, stands a great kitchen for the longhorn, dishes can be wonderfully combined and you really feel like in an American bar. Unfortunately, the service was somewhat overwhelmed or unmotivated, because out of eating, please, thank you and billing bring hardly a word or a friendly smile.

Our visit to longhorn is already a past, yet it is still very good to me in the memory of such a bad restaurant there is in whole building not again. the service was under all the cannon. already where we have entered the local one came to us a dark look, after the motto, how can you just come to eat here now. for everyone, please, was graduated. everything in all was not allowed to be welcome.It was okay, but it is not enough to rewrite everything the service...I call it better service ruined. sorry, but longhorn is really not recommended.

Very customer-friendly especially with children. we were at lunchtime. Apparently the construction workers are more important than the current clientele.We were told that we could be happy to get something to eat and the next time we should come. a next time there will probably not be .it was so far in order but nothing special.
